Refund policy

Refunds are issued only once the items are returned unopened. We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any other reason including delay in shipping due to the nature of our product unless it was an error on our part.

If you have a missing or incorrect item, please email us at nukwellness@gmail.com with a picture of your invoice and we will ship you out a new package immediately. If you provided the wrong address and the package is returned to us, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the cost of re-shipping your order.
